Your Career as a Construction Manager (Full-time) m/f/x

We are looking for a suitable person to fill the vacancy at the earliest possible start date:

Your tasks:

• Developing engineering solutions for sealing and coating projects
• Preliminary site inspections and acquisitions
• Quotations (calculations) and order negotiations
• Preparing and managing construction sites
• Organizing and leading the assembly team
• Overseeing the project and conducting ongoing performance reviews
• Aufmaß und Abrechnung der Leistungen

Your qualifications:

• You have a technical qualification in building/civil engineering (Higher Technical or Vocational College, Qualified Construction Foreman/Construction Manager or similar)
• You have good MS Office skills
• You have good CAD skills
• You are keen to learn, work independently, enjoy working in sales and managing projects
• You are communicative and a team player
• You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen
• You ideally have relevant professional experience in the field, but this is not a must
• You are willing to travel (often for several days at a time) and have a valid driving licence (B)

We pay a salary that is based on qualifications and experience and exceeds the salary stipulated in the Austrian collective trade agreements.
